Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Crescendo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- Do not share your login credentials with others.
- Respect other users and community guidelines.
User-generated content (UGC)
When you upload content, you agree that:
- You own or have rights to the content you share.
- You grant Crescendo a license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app.
- You are responsible for the content you upload, including any music or recordings.
- Content shared with others may be viewed, shared, or cached by those users.
Prohibited content includes:
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats
- Illegal or infringing content
- Sexual or violent content that is not appropriate for a general audience
- Spam, scams, or deceptive practices
Moderation and reporting
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users can report content or users directly in the app. We aim to review reports within 72 hours.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
Disclaimers and liability
Crescendo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
